Why won't Gus answer my question?

Gus only knows the book as far as you've checked in. If a question can only be answered with something from a later chapter, Gus holds it back — that's the whole point. Check in to where you've actually read and ask again. Gus also requires iOS 27; on earlier versions the companion feed still works, but the moon sits this one out.

How do I build a companion for my book?

Add the book, then follow the scan flow to photograph chapters from your own copy. The companion compiles overnight in most cases. One delivered companion is free; Thus Far+ removes the limit.

How do I cancel Thus Far+?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Thus Far+. Canceling keeps your reading history — always.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email us and we'll handle it.
